RETURNS

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  NO RETURNS, REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES

All items are handmade and of limited quantity.  Due to the customized nature of all the products, there are no refunds.

LOST OR DAMAGE

Returns nor exchanges will be accepted for orders that are lost or damaged in transit through the mail system.  It is out of our control as to what happens to merchandise once it leaves our store front.  You would need to file a claim with USPS at:  https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Cup items are not dishwasher safe, should not be left in extreme temperatures and should not be soaked. 

Freshies should not be left on dashboards or in extreme heat as they could melt and cause damage
